Preparation of Corporate Proposals – working capital and term loans and Presentation in Board Meetings Completion of Mortgage Formalities and registration of charges with respective authorities. Preparation of various Banking Policies – Credit, Recovery, ALM, AML, Investments, Audit, HR, Risk Management, Staff Accountability, Safe Deposit Locker Policy, Customer Services Policy, Grievances Redressal Policy etc. Attending statutory audit reports, RBI audit reports, compliance and liasoning with RBI and State Govt. authorities – Registrars, Commissioner of Cooperative, NABARD etc. Submission of various RBI information, returns etc. Attended various trainings while working in Bank of India at Zonal Training Centre’s, RBI, NIBM and even at IIM – Ahemdabad. Joined MSCBA Ltd. w.e.f. 03.04.2023 as Chief Executive Officer- Increasing membership, coordinating for providing IT related services – CSOC, System Audit, IS audit, VAPT, Migration Audit etc., Cheque Book Printing, Virtual Training on Banking topics, Separate lectures for CEO club and IT Forum.
